All commissions and payments to third parties must be legitimate, properly documented, and aligned with contractual agreements.

Gifts & Entertainment

Gifts or hospitality, if provided, must:

• Be reasonable and proportionate

• Not influence business decisions

• Comply with applicable laws and ethical standards

Government Officials

No payments, gifts, or anything of value may be offered to government officials to obtain or retain business advantage.

Reporting & Compliance

We maintain accurate financial records and comply with all applicable tax and regulatory obligations.
